Sabah, KK trip & Mt. Kinabalu!

bak from KK -> Kota Kinabalu... it was OK, climbing Mt. kinabalu was really fun...GREAT experience!

it was a bit tiring but for others i dunno lah...

my grandfather said after 2years will be his 70th birfday n he wants to climb it, i agreed too so i'm climbing it after this 2 years again!

me, my cousins(yen yang & sam), my big brother, my 2 uncles climbed mt. kinabalu...

i got to the peak 1st!!! together wif yen yang...when he reached the peak,

"finally, i wanna drink my energy drink!" ...LOL...

we were like,

"OH we're at the peak already?!" ...til a white guy told us we're really at the peak

it was dam cold + the stupid wind blowing....freakin dark n the stupid camera battery died off cuz it was too cold...i juz had to use my camera to take a pic but stupid me dunno how to set flash light or maybe my phone doesn't have 1, stupid phone!

Monday
10.20 am : flew wif Air Asia (suckiest airline) to Sabah
1:30 pm : landed on a ciplak airport....
1:50+ pm : followed the tour for lunch
3:00 pm : sat bus went up to Kundasang
5 pm : went for small treats...jln jln in Kundasang market(only for like 5 minits ><)
6pm : went to the hotel (..like a small cottage)
8pm : dinner at hotel...
8:45pm : briefing for the climb up to Mt. Kinabalu tommorow
9:30pm : started packing stuff to climb the mt.

Tuesday
7am : check backpacks, get ready
7:30am : went down to eat breakfast
8am : van came to pik us to hte foot of mt. kinabalu...mom & dad wishing us good luck
9am : arrived..started climbing....we got bamboo sticks to help us
2:25pm : FINALLY! arrived at the chalet(Laban Rata) at the mid of the mt. after the 8km climb
2:35pm : yen yang arrived...poor guy din eat his lunch cuz his lunch pack was wif his father which
as 3 hours away
2:40pm : i bought a lot cups of hot water, yen yang drank 3 cups of Milo & 3 packets biscuits

..........waited or a long time..............

5:30pm : big brother arrived, "Wah! so tired" ...he had a headache...
6:25pm : 2 uncles & Sam arrived... we all started taking dinner (buffet style)
7pm : went to sleep

Wednesday
1:50 am : woke up, got ready...Sam said he doesn't wanna climb
2 am : went down, met uncle n others n ate some food
2:30 am : started to climb to the peak! 1 of my uncle juz climbed 150m & said he quit

...........it was STEEP! ............

5:10 am : reached the peak! (stupid camera dies off & stupid darkness)
5:20 am : TOO COLD! decided to come down
5:40 am : start to see the sunrise....beautiful! took some pics since it was brighter
6:03am : reached the checkpt. wher they giv u the certificate for climbing to the peak
7am : arrived at the chalet (Laban Rata) took some breakfast

...............waited for the others..............

7:30 : all gathered...big brother saying very tired...as usual...HAHA

............... ate the buffet breakfast..................

8:30am : started climbing down...

............. non-stop down the mt. wif yen yang..................(actually we ran too ><)

10:44am : ARRIVED at the foot! weepee!!! ........took pictures.....

..................waited for others..................

11:45am : Sam arrived...
12:55pm : big brother arrived...then uncles arrive
1:15pm : went for lunch
2pm : met wif parents & the others hu din climb...

............. " congrats..." ..................took pics

2:30 pm : sat bus n left Kundasang

............chat bout the experiences.......laughed...........

5:30 pm : arrived @ Tang Dynasty Hotel (much better hotel)
7pm : aunty from UK came n went for dinner (the fish was GOOD! very springy^^)
9pm : walked bak to hotel

actually went we were climbing Mt. kinabalu there were these so called 'porters' dat can carry up tp 50kg himself help us carry our heavy backpacks...but haf to pay la of coz....

Thursday
8:30am : woke up, leg a bit sore...cant really walk up the stairs
9am : packed & went to Manukan island

..........snorkel.............para-glide...........steal corals..........

12:20pm : sat boat went over to Mamutik island
12:50pm : buffet lunch, chit chat
2pm : continue snorkeling
2:30pm : i came up n went for shower
3pm : RAIN! every1 got up n showered
3:30 pm : sat boat bak to jeti...then bot ice-creams n went bak hotel
7pm : aunty came again n brought us for dinner
8:30pm : walked bak to hotel

Friday
8am : woke up...leg still a bit sore...
8:30 am : tour guide came n brought us for Fish noodles for breakfast...
9:30am : went to a temple, prayed....

9:30am : went to an aquarium in USM(universiti Sabah malaysia)

2:20pm : lunch
3pm : went to wild life park (was raining...)
3:20pm : arrived n stopped raining...

........animals.......ugly bignose monkey.......cute org utan......10m shortest performance......

4:40pm : went bak hotel
7pm : headed to Kampung Nelayan Fishmarket for dinner
8pm : dinner served...SUPERB!
9:30pm : left the place, went to Tanjung Aru(the best place!) for the beach & drinks

......found LOTSA hermit crabs!....caught them in plastic bags

10:15pm : parents & others finished their drinks...me letting go the hermit crabs XD
10:30pm : arived at hotel

Saturday
8am : woke up, leg was better
9am : went to meet aunty in 7th floor...getting ready to go Water Park wif them
9:15 am : others left to Phillipino market
10am : sat taxi to Water Park
10:30am : started plying...

...only 3 medium slides...small flying fox thing...Water Park small like SHIT....

11:45am : i came up n went for shower
12:30 : others showered n went for lunch
2:15pm : arrived at hotel
2:20pm : met Sam, yen ker & small brother at lobby, walked to centrept. for movie

4:10pm : movie finished, walked bak to hotel
6:30pm : wedding dinner...

.............same old boring stuff during weddings............

9:50pm : walked bak to hotel wif brother n cousins 1st...

during the wedding...

Sunday
9am : woke up
10am : packed, get ready to go home
10:30 pm : some cousin guy(oi, handsome leh) came to pick my family up, went airport

...........longest check in...............

12:15pm : got on the suckiest plane-Air Asia

2:45pm : arrived at airport in KL
3:20pm : driver came to pik us up, went home :)
