ekekeke....finally the 6km run..well its not eactly a run cuz most of them are climbing stairs n going up hills...its more like a a training for stamina n endurance...
around 6:30+ chooi ying arrived at my houz wif choon ming, they tumpang my car n we went 2gether...
we arrived @ Bukit Jalil, Stadium Nasional at around 7.05 liddat...still very early...n still very sleepy...zzZZZ
@ around 7:40+ sheng nee arrived, she got lost but she managed it after calling choon ming hu only know how to talk crap bout directions... ><
UNFORTUNATELY, when me n choon ming arrived...all we can SEE is pro's....athletes...nice builded legs...muscles...AKK!! n i tot there were only noobs @@ but turned out i was the noob

choon ming complained bout having a stomach uncomfort during the morning, he's face was kinda pale...but he wanted to run...

after i got in the car around 8:50...i went straight to the gym...ended my gym @ around 11+
l8r i went for medical check-up, had lunch wif mom n then @ 3 i went for swimming lesson
@ 4:30+ i left the houz n went to 1U to watch movie.... WANTED!! omg u MUZ watch it, there were a few scenes that's dam cooL
p.s/ Angelina Jolie is HOT! but she's kinda too thin...my mom says she work out a lot @@
