2day we also learned bout Nutrition, a Balanced Diet...
we also got to know Ms. Sharon's sad stories...but Ms. Sharon is a very nice person..n we will always be ther for her as she was for all of us!
so Ms. Sharon...no worries n be happy yeah! :)

some of us also got to know things bout cardiology...especially the part when the heart is PHYSICALLY helped to start pumping again...
it goes like dis...

disect the chest
open the rib-cage (i can srsly imagine the CRACK sound..)
use the hand
start helping the heart to pump (as in like squeeze the heart gently for several times)

well, any1 still wanna bcome a cardio surgeon? i'm interested :) its kinda cool...
